Our elaborations are made in the oldest winery in the Appellation Navarra. Located to the north of the denomination and close to the Way of Saint James. Our winery was one of the founders of Appellation Navarra in the 1950s. It was a pioneer in the vinification of the rosés. Influenced by all this, our wines are made with the utmost respect for our culture. History, tradition and new techniques come together in our winery. From the modern vinification room equipped with the best technology to the historic barrels room dedicated to its ageing, our winery is designed to make superior quality wines. Controlling each process from the entry of grapes into the winery, fermentation, ageing and final rest in the bottle, our team of highly experienced professionals is true to the search for excellence. A sign of identity is the freshness and personality of our wines.

All this work is developed with the experience and extensive trajectory of more than 130 years of work that supports us.

Castillo de Tiebas

At the foot of the Sierra de Alaitz and on the Route of Santiago we find the Castillo de Tiebas. Six different eras coexist within this castle. In the French Gothic style, history and art come together in this fortress. Located in one of the best areas of the Navarra Appellation and a place of gentle hills and valleys, the vineyard is an inherent part of its landscape. Splendid vineyards with which we make our wines.

History, art, tradition and know-how inside each bottle of wine.

Victor and David Fernández de Manzanos are the fifth generation of a family dedicated to wine´s world, more than 130 years committed body and soul to the cultivation of the vine and the elaboration of quality wines in DOCa Rioja, one of the most relevant appellations in the world.

The Fdez. De Manzanos brothers were born in the land of wine par excellence which have grown between vineyards, wineries and wines, currently are dedicated body and soul to develop the legacy received in 2010 by the previous 4 generations, from that year began a rigorous work on finding the most exclusive terroirs, selection of the best grapes, and overseeing every elaboration in order to achieve its consistent goal: “to share with us your passion, WINE.”

DO Navarra has an exceptional climate and soils for the production of high-quality wines. Our vineyards are distributed in different strategic points throughout the appellation, which allows us to explore the qualities of each terroir and its singularities, in this way we are able to make a selection in each estate to make each type of wine. In turn, the viticulture we practice is sustainable, always respecting the environment.

The confluence of the Atlantic and Mediterranean climates continental, the proximity of the Cantabrian Sea, the influence of the Pyrenees and the closeness of the valley of Ebro river make an exceptional location for the growth of our vines. One of the main characteristics that define our vineyards in Navarra is the great diversity of soils and climates finding all kinds of enclaves such as hillsides, riverbanks, plateaus and plains.

The main components of soils of our vineyards of Navarre are clays, limestones, silts and round stones.

All the above, together with our glass or trellised vines, build an ideal ecosystem for the development of our vineyards.
